Regardless on how the referral is made, our nurses will call your physician to discuss your condition and any skilled services that you will need.

Once Symmetrix receives the order from your doctor, our nurse will visit you within 24-48 hours. This first visit is considered an evaluation visit. It allows the nurse to assess your needs in your home, gather clinical information and confirm which medications you are taking. The nurse will then discuss their clinical findings with you and your physician. A plan of care will then be developed which will address all your home care needs.
